What if my technical support question is not answered here?

If you are having difficulty connecting to Borealis or sending and receiving e-mail, please contact Borealis's voice support at (250) 562-0616. Borealis's support hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays.
