How do I forward my e-mail to another e-mail address?

To request e-mail forwarding, call (250) 562-0616 to speak to one of Borealis's Technical Support staff any time between 8:30 am to 5 pm., Monday to Friday.

Is there some way I can keep a copy of the e-mail I send to others?

Netscape automatically keeps a copy of your sent mail for you. You can find it by going to Communicator, and then Message Center. Choose "Sent Messages".

Can I use Eudora with Borealis?

Although Messenger Mailbox is included with Netscape Navigator, you can use Eudora if you prefer. In your settings for Eudora, make sure that the POP Account field reads: yourusername@bcgroup.net

The Return Address field should read: yourusername@bcgroup.net.
